03Masterminds

Small rooms. Serious people. Practical outcomes.

A mastermind is eight to twelve people working a real problem that one of them actually owns. No panel, no audience, no performance.

01How they work

Structured, not informal.

  • 01Eight to twelve participants, composed for cross-regional and cross-sector mix.
  • 02One member brings a live problem they own, with the context written up in advance.
  • 03One facilitator holds the structure; there is no chair and no audience.
  • 04The room works the problem, not the person. Advice is specific or it is not given.
  • 05Every session closes with committed next steps and who is doing them.
  • 06Outputs feed the Challenge Lab attached to that theme.

Masterminds are assigned, not chosen.

Participants are placed by the problem they bring and the expertise they can offer, so every room has both. Assignments are shared before travel.
